Fun and Fabulous Songwriting: with Massiel Barros-Torning
An interactive session on what it takes to write and form a song. An Armidale-based singer and musician, Massiel has been writing songs and lyrics for over 35 years. Join her at The Makers Shed, Glen Innes to explore this creative practice and how to take it to a more serious level such as publishing and performance.

Have You Lost The Plot? with Emma Mactaggart
Emma is an award-winning author and publisher who grew up in the Glen Innes region and has been teaching the craft of writing to children and adults for a decade via her Child Writes program. Join her at The Glen Innes Severn Public & TAFE Library for an exploration of the seven known plots, and maybe change your story’s point of view!
